'Feeling Like a Feather'
20th May 2016
This weeks HAPs challenge welcomed back Luke and Beth, from The University of Liverpool's Meditation Society, to lead our second meditation session of the year.

With exams underway and stress levels at a high, it was the perfect time to embark on some more meditation!
Building on the techniques learnt last session, we tried more challenging methods including: walking meditation and five breath relaxation. The whole group were totally relaxed by the end of the session: some of us almost fell asleep! One of our Year 9 HAPs, Rachel, commented: 'I feel like a feather'! What better way to end the week?
